Stephen Tulloch, Don Carey injured in first quarter, questionable to return for Lions

Tulloch's return is questionable. Lions safety Don Carey left as well with a hamstring injury — but not before he scored the game's first points on a 40-yard fumble return.
Tulloch sacked Aaron Rodgers in the first quarter, then jumped through the air in celebration and fell to the ground after landing.
