Spurs snap skid, top Grizzlies

Manu Ginobili, who was a perfect 11-of-11 from the free-throw line, netted 20 points to go with six boards and four assists for San Antonio, which snapped a two-game skid on the heels of an 11-game winning streak. Tony Parker had 13 points to go with nine assists.
The Spurs moved a half-game behind the idle Oklahoma City Thunder for the top spot in the Western Conference.

Memphis dropped 1 1/2 games behind Los Angeles, which defeated Minnesota on Thursday, for the fourth seed in the West.
