Minnesota Vikings general manager Rick Spielman says head coach Leslie Frazier "is not going anywhere."
Spielman addressed the media Friday with his Vikings off to a disappointing 1-6 start. He says the blame for the poor performance can be spread across the board and he remains optimistic the team can get things turned around.
When asked what would make this a successful season, Spielman simply said, "Wins."

Those have been hard to come by this season for the Vikings, who have been blown out in three straight games. They have changed quarterbacks almost on a game-by-game basis and have the worst statistical defense in the league.
Spielman says it is Frazier's job to determine who starts each week.
The Vikings play at Dallas on Sunday.
