Sochaux fires coach Bazdarevic
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Sochaux fired coach Mehmed Bazdarevic on Tuesday, just nine months into his first season with the club.
Sochaux is winless in its last 13 Ligue 1 matches and is last in the standings on just 21 points from 26 games. The club last won a match in November, 2-1 at home against Lyon.
The club finished fifth last season under Francis Gillot, who left to become manager of Bordeaux. Bazdarevic played for Sochaux from 1987-96.
