Quigley garnered 26 votes from the 38-member national media panel of sportswriter and broadcasters. She averaged 11.2 points, nearly 7.5 points more a game than she had last season.
"It's a surreal moment," said Quigley. "I think about all the hard work it took to get here and I know I couldn't have made it without my teammates, coaches, and family. They've supported me all year and always have my back."
