Restricted free agent running back Anderson visits Dolphins
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}MIAMI (AP) Restricted free agent running back C.J. Anderson is visiting the Miami Dolphins, who need a replacement for Lamar Miller.
The visit Thursday, Anderson's first in free agency, was a small victory for the Dolphins because he's being courted by other teams.
Anderson, a three-year veteran, rushed for 720 yards last year for the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos. They would have five days to match any offer from the Dolphins.
