Redskins FB Sellers in hospital after hurting back
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Washington Redskins fullback Mike Sellers was spending Thursday night in the hospital after hurting his back in the team's weight room.
Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said Sellers was injured during a rowing exercise.
"He's quite sore right now and will be in the hospital overnight," Shanahan said.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The 36-year-old Sellers, who did not practice, has appeared in four games for Washington this season and has played 11 of his 12 NFL seasons in a Redskins uniform.
Quarterback Rex Grossman, who was also hospitalized earlier this week with pneumonia, was limited in practice Thursday.
Among the Redskins' other injuries, linebacker London Fletcher (hamstring) was limited and cornerback DeAngelo Hall (hip) missed practice again.
