The club announced the news on Sunday afternoon that Gurode, surprisingly cut by the Cowboys on August 29 after a contract dispute, will join the Ravens pending the passing of a physical.
"We just got better as a team," said Baltimore general manager Ozzie Newsome. "To have a successful season, you have to have quality depth across the board. We just added great depth to the interior of the offensive line with Andre."

The 32-year-old made the Pro Bowl in each of the last five seasons for the Cowboys, playing in 138 games (122 starts) over his nine-year pro career.
