One of the top NBA refs is not assigned to Thunder-Warriors Game 7

As the Golden State Warriors attempt to complete a stunning comeback from a 3-1 series deficit against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, it seems like every aspect of Game 7 is being dissected.
Now you can add the officiating crew for Monday night's game to that list. The three-man crew for Game 7 is Danny Crawford, Mike Callahan and Jason Phillips. But for some reason one of the top NBA officials -- Scott Foster -- did not get the lead spot.
Crawford worked Game 6 of the Raptors-Cavaliers series May 27. The last game Foster officiated was Game 3 of the Warriors-Thunder May 22. But for some reason Crawford is getting the call instead of Foster.

One of Foster's memorable moments of these playoffs was when he ejected Warriors guard Shaun Livingston in Game 4 in Portland. It was the first time Livingston was tossed in his 11-year career.
And for all you conspiracy theorists: The Warriors are 1-2 this postseason when Foster calls the game but are 2-1 when Crawford is on the floor.
With any winner-take-all Game 7, the officiating will be under a microscope. But with so much on the line Monday, the officials will be even more scrutinized.
