Northwestern State gets scoring from 12 players in 92-43 rout of NAIA foe Hannibal-LaGrange
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}DeQuan Hicks scored 16 points to lead five Northwestern State scorers in double figures as the Demons coasted to a 92-43 victory over Hannibal-LaGrange on Saturday.
Shamir Davis added 14 points, James Hulbin had 12, Brison White 11 and Jalan West 10 for the Demons (3-0), who got points from 12 players and shot 52.9 percent (36 of 68).
West also had five assists and three steals for Northwestern State.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Tony Ardison scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Trojans (0-4), who counted the game as an exhibition. They shot 26.2 percent (16 of 61) and trailed 48-16 by halftime.
