Nats activate C Ramos from DL
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Washington, DC (SportsNetwork.com) - The Washington Nationals activated catcher Wilson Ramos from the 15-day disabled list on Wednesday.
Ramos had been sidelined with a hamate fracture in his left hand, an injury he suffered on Opening Day.
The 26-year-old Ramos, who underwent surgery, batted .272 with 16 homers and 59 RBI over 78 games for the Nationals last season.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}In a corresponding move, pitcher Blake Treinen was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse.
Treinen made his first major league start on Tuesday, giving up three unearned runs in five innings of an 8-3 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers. The right- hander also made three relief appearances.
