Maryland coach Mike Locksley: 'Missouri situation is an awesome teachable moment'

With the Missouri football team involving itself in protests on the campus over the weekend, it was inevitable the Tigers' actions would become a topic of conversation across the country this week.
For his part, Maryland interim coach Mike Locksley seemed to welcome the chance to share his thoughts on the matter.

Locksley took over as interim coach of the Terrapins on Oct. 11.
He previously was offensive coordinator at Maryland, and prior to that was the head coach at New Mexico.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}He has had two sons play for him and his youngest was a highly regarded quarterback prospect who is a freshman at Texas this fall.
