The Kastles tied the record for consecutive titles set by Sacramento in 2000.
Washington swept the five matches.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Hingis teamed with Anastasia Rodionova to beat Govortsova and Liga Dekmeijere-Thomas 5-1 in women's doubles, and joined Leander Paes in a 5-4 victory over Govortsova and Ross Hutchins in mixed doubles.
Bobby Reynolds beat Michael Russell 5-4 in men's singles, and teamed with Paes to top Russell and Hutchins 5-2 in doubles.
