Long snapper Jeremy Cain waived by Bears after appearing in 2 games

The Chicago Bears have waived long snapper Jeremy Cain.

Cain appeared in the past two games with veteran Patrick Mannelly sidelined by a calf injury. The Bears announced the move on Tuesday.

Chicago is tied with Detroit for the NFC North lead at 6-4.
