Injured 49ers DT Ray McDonald expects to play against the Cardinals on Sunday

McDonald, who tore a muscle at the top of his right biceps in Sunday's 34-3 victory over the Houston Texans, was told he could play with the injury as long as he can stand it.
The tear will need surgery following the season.
