Hurricanes activate Dwyer off IR

Raleigh, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - The Carolina Hurricanes activated forward Patrick Dwyer off injured reserve.

Dwyer missed the team's last six games because of a lower-body injury, which he suffered in an Oct. 11 game against the New York Islanders.

In two games this season, Dwyer has yet to record a point. He notched eight goals and 14 assists in 75 games last season.
