Atlanta, GA (SportsNetwork.com) - Atlanta Hawks forward Thabo Sefolosha could miss up to eight weeks with a right calf strain, the team said Saturday.
Sefolosha was hurt in the opening minutes of Friday's win over Portland. He started in place of DeMarre Carroll, who is out with a left Achilles strain.
The Hawks said Sefolosha's injury was confirmed by an MRI and examination on Friday at the Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic.
