SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - The San Francisco Giants fought back from three runs down to beat division rivals the Los Angeles Dodgers 5-4 Tuesday.
Closer Brian Wilson recorded his first save of the season after starting the year on the disabled list as San Francisco earned a comeback win in front of their home crowd.
"These games lift you up more than games where you're coasting 8-0," Giants starter Tim Lincecum told reporters. "The crowd is different. The emotions are different."
