The Philadelphia Eagles need someone to provide a spark in the passing game, but it looks like we might not be able to count on rookie wide receiver Nelson Agholor any time soon. Agholor is dealing with a left leg injury and he wouldn't guarantee his return when the Eagles come out of their Week 8 bye.
"It's still day by day," Agholor told NJ Advance Media Monday evening. "Nobody has a crystal ball. Being injured is tough. At the end of the day, it happens in the game of football. It's how you respond that will define you."

Agholor has played in just five games, and there have only been two games where he has caught more than one pass. He hasn't scored a touchdown yet. It hasn't been the impact that many expected from head coach Chip Kelly's hand-picked rookie.
Agholor hasn't practiced in over two weeks, and these kind of injuries tend to linger. If Agholor can't give it a go in practice after the bye week, the Eagles will once again turn to a combination of Jordan Matthews, Riley Cooper, Josh Huff and Miles Austin. While this group ha flashed at times, they have struggled to find any consistency.
