The Miami Dolphins defense has held up fairly well against the Eagles' high-powered offense, but injuries have hit hard on the defensive side of the ball.
Starting cornerback Brice McCain left with a knee injury and has been ruled out for the remainder of the game. Additionally, linebacker Jelani Jenkins exited with an ankle injury and was also ruled out.

Both players have been starters for the Dolphins this season, with McCain in particular playing a big role. McCain has played both the slot and the boundary as a cornerback and is a valuable asset in the Dolphins' secondary.
It's unclear how severe the injuries are at this point, but the Dolphins' defense could have a hard time overcoming them. Jenkins has struggled this season, playing a part in the Dolphins' inability to stop the run.
