MIAMI (AP) -- Free agent defensive end Andre Branch has agreed to terms with the Miami Dolphins, giving them a veteran backup to Cameron Wake and newcomer Mario Williams.
Branch started nine games last year for Jacksonville and had four sacks. He's a four-year veteran with 14 career sacks, all with the Jaguars.
Williams signed a $17 million, two-year deal with Miami last week, and Wake is coming back from a torn Achilles tendon. Both are four-time Pro Bowl ends.
