Davis, Orioles get past Jays
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Baltimore, MD (SportsNetwork.com) - Chris Davis hit the go-ahead two-run homer and Bud Norris pitched into the seventh, as Baltimore edged Toronto, 3-2, in Saturday's second test of a four-game series.
Nick Hundley knocked in the other run and Manny Machado added two hits for the Orioles, who have won three of four overall.
Norris (6-5) lasted 6 2/3 innings, during which he scattered seven hits and one run, walking one and fanning five. Zach Britton tossed a scoreless ninth to earn his seventh save.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Brett Lawrie and Josh Thole drove in a run each for the Blue Jays, losers in four of their last five. R.A. Dickey (6-5) allowed six hits and three runs -- two earned -- over 6 2/3 frames in defeat.
