MADRID - Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos have joined Real Madrid's list of injures players, and neither will travel to Norway for its last preseason match.

Madrid says new coach Rafa Benitez left both players off his 23-man squad for Sunday's friendly against Valerenga in Oslo. Ronaldo was expected to recover in time from back pain that kept him out of the team's previous two friendlies.

Madrid says Ramos received a ''hard knock on his right foot'' during Wednesday's match at Bayern Munich. Fellow center back Pepe injured a muscle in his right leg during that 1-0 loss and will also miss the trip to Scandinavia.

Madrid will also be without injured striker Karim Benzema for its last preseason test before starting the season on Aug. 23 at Sporting Gijon.
