Colts hire Joe Philbin as new offensive line coach
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}INDIANAPOLIS (AP) The Indianapolis Colts have hired Joe Philbin as their new offensive line coach.
Philbin spent the past four seasons as head coach of the Miami Dolphins, going 24-28 before being fired during the 2015 season.
The longtime coaching veteran replaces Hal Hunter, who was let go this week by Indianapolis.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Before taking over in Miami, Philbin spent nine seasons with Green Bay, serving as offensive coordinator from 2007-11, offensive line coach in 2006 and tight ends-assistant offensive line coach in 2004 and 2005. He also was the Packers assistant offensive line coach in 2003.
