Coach Don Meyer memorial service to be streamed on Internet from Aberdeen

As many as 6,000 people are expected to attend coach Don Meyer's memorial service in South Dakota, which will also be streamed on the Internet.

Meyer had one of the best winning records in college basketball history when he died Sunday of cancer in Aberdeen, where he finished his career at Northern State University.

A public memorial service will be held on campus in the Barnett Center starting at 3 p.m. Saturday. Doors open at 2 p.m.

Photos and video won't be allowed, even on cellphones.

The Internet stream will be available at http://client.stretchinternet.com/client/northern.portal# .

A second memorial service will be held June 1 at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
