Andy Reid and his Chiefs staff can breathe another sigh of relief after their season opening win.

Injured players Jeff Allen (MCL sprain), Knile Davis (knee sprain), and De'Anthony Thomas (calf strain) aren't in line to miss serious time with their ailments, according to the team's official website.

That's great news for Reid and Co. -- especially when it comes to Allen. The big guard was lost early last season to a biceps injury and couldn't afford to miss significant time.
