Cards rotation to get boost with Tuesday return lefty Garcia
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The St. Louis Cardinals rotation is about to get a boost when lefty Jaime Garcia is expected to start Tuesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds.
Out since late June with a groin strain, Garcia pitched the first five innings of a combined no-hitter for Low-A Peoria on Thursday night. It was cleared to return to the rotation after the one rehab start.
Cardinals general manager John Mozeliak confirmed Garcia's start on KMOX on Sunday.
