Cards' Molina exits Game 2
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}St. Louis, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina suffered a strained left oblique in the sixth inning of Game 2 of the National League Championship Series Sunday night.
With the Cardinals and Giants tied 2-2 in the bottom of the sixth inning, Molina never got out of the batter's box after grounding into a double play.
He was replaced behind the plate by Tony Cruz to start the seventh inning.

After the game, Cardinals manager Mike Matheny said he didn't know the extent of Molina's injury, but that it "didn't look good."
