Bulls ink James for rest of season

The Chicago Bulls signed guard Mike James for the remainder of the season.

This will be the fourth stint in Chicago this year for the 36-year-old James, who originally signed with the team on January 11.

James has averages of 5.4 points and 3.1 assists in eight games for the Bulls this season.
