Broncos trade 4th-rounder to Green Bay for fifth- and sixth-round picks from Packers

The Denver Broncos have traded out of the fourth round of the NFL draft, sending the 12th overall pick to the Green Bay Packers.

In exchange, the Broncos received a fifth-round pick (146th) and a sixth-rounder (173rd).

That leaves John Elway with four picks Saturday.

The Broncos entered the final day of the NFL draft with three picks and one major need still unaddressed — pass-rusher, following Elvis Dumervil's departure to Baltimore. Elway noted finding a gem in the later rounds wasn't the same as 2011, when they grabbed Von Miller with the second overall pick.
