Branden Johnson catches 2 TDs and Dayton pulls away late versus Robert Morris in 21-14 win

Johnson caught a 41-yard touchdown pass from Will Bardo early in the fourth quarter to break a 7-7 tie before a rushing touchdown from Connor Kacsor helped Dayton build a two-score lead.
Duane Mitchell caught a 40-yard touchdown pass from Paul Jones with less than two minutes remaining to cut the Robert Morris deficit in half, but the ensuing onside kick was recovered by Dayton.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The Dayton defense held Robert Morris in check throughout the game, limiting the Colonials to 187 yards of total offense. Robert Morris was just 3-12 on third-down conversions.
The Flyers (2-1) defeated the Colonials (1-2) for the 11th consecutive time. It was the 200th game in Robert Morris program history.
