Bobcats' Thomas to miss 2 months
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Charlotte Bobcats forward Tyrus Thomas will miss approximately two months with a second-degree left calf strain, the team announced Monday.
An MRI also revealed a tear of the plantaris muscle, which is a smaller muscle that assists the calf in flexing the ankle.
Thomas suffered the injury during Saturday's loss to the Memphis Grizzlies.
