Blue Jackets place Comeau on IR

Columbus, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - The Columbus Blue Jackets have placed forward Blake Comeau on injured reserve with a sprained knee.

Comeau is expected to be sidelined 4-to-6 weeks by the injury he suffered during Thursday's practice.

The 27-year-old has registered three goals and eight assists and leads the team with 131 hits in 43 games this season.
