Bills receiver Marquis Goodwin injured in first half

Buffalo rookie receiver Marquise Goodwin has left the Bills' regular-season opener with a hand injury.

Goodwin hurt his hand just before halftime against the New England Patriots and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.
