Berry scores 20 and Weber St. remains atop the Big Sky beating Montana St. 86-68
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Davion Berry scored 20 points and Jordan Richardson 19 and Weber State ended a two-game skid to remain atop the Big Sky Conference by blasting Montana State 86-68 on Saturday night.
Jeremy Senglin added 12 points and Joel Bolomboy matched his season average of 11 rebounds for the Wildcats who landed 58 percent from the field, and hit 10-of-17 3-pointers while Montana managed just two of eight from beyond the arc.
Weber State (15-9, 12-4) jumped out to a nine-point halftime advantage and increased that lead to as many as 18 as the second period came to a close. The Bobcats grabbed 15 offensive boards (the Wildcats just six) in preventing an even larger point spread.
