Andretti drivers sweep top 4 spots at 1st Indy 500 practice
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Andretti Autosport drivers swept the top four spots during Monday's practice session for the Indianapolis 500, led by Marco Andretti.
The 29-year-old Andretti posted the fastest lap on the 2.5-mile oval: 228.978 mph on a day Honda easily outdueled its rival Chevrolet.
Carlos Munoz was second fastest at 228.945 mph, followed by 2014 Indy winner Ryan Hunter-Reay at 228.033 and rookie Alexander Rossi at 226.865. The only Andretti driver to miss the top five was Townsend Bell, who was sixth at 226.724.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The fastest Chevy driver was Scott Dixon, who posted a lap of 226.724 mph for fifth place. Dixon drives for Target Chip Ganassi.
Practice is scheduled to resume Tuesday afternoon.
