2 golfers in same group hit consecutive holes-in-one at Australian Open course
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Two club golfers playing The Lakes — site of the Australian Open beginning Dec. 6 — hit consecutive holes-in-one on the par-3 ninth hole Wednesday.
Peter Hough and Jonathan Cook had the back-to-back aces with Hough, a member at The Lakes, holing out first on the 136-yard hole. Both used 7-irons.
Cook, a member at the nearby Beverley Park club, said "the whole place went nuts."
