Tennis Great Martina Navratilova Is Renting Out Her Miami Beach Home

Martina Navratilova and her wife, Julia Lemigova, have been busy this past year. Lemigova, a spa owner and a former Miss USSR, recently launched a skin-care line called Russie Blanche. Navratilova, the retired tennis legend, is a coach and philanthropist.

Now the couple are adding another layer to their empire by stepping into the landlord game. They are renting out their home in Miami Beach, FL, for $7,900 a month.

The cheery single-family home is located on Biscayne Point island. The four-bedroom home has an open floor plan in which the living room, dining room, and den flow together. A sliding glass door in the den offers waterfront views of Biscayne Bay.

The traditional kitchen has bright, white cabinetry and a wraparound bar.

And while the home is right on the water and within walking distance of the beach, it also has a backyard pool -- perfect for hot Florida days.
