You don't want to break stuff here.

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst is kicking his Hollywood Hills house back to the curb after a 10-month fling, Curbed LA reports.

But he didn't just do it all for the nookie. The 45-year-old singer is selling the 3,055-square-foot home for $1,645,000 -- $145,000 more than he and his Dingusberry Land Trust paid for it in December, according to property records.

If all goes well, the '90s n-metal sensation will keep rollin' all the way to the bank.

Built in 1926, the three-bedroom villa sits on a 6,130-square-foot lot with canyon views. A courtyard with a fireplace, vintage tiles, and stone walls adds to the charm of the Spanish-style property.

Inside, the home features exposed wood beams, built-in nooks, and hardwood flooring.

And check out the bright Spanish tilework in the bathroom.

All in all, it's a place where even if it's one of those days where you don't wanna wake up, it's probably not because of the house.
