Pro Skateboarder Ryan Sheckler Is Selling San Clemente Crib
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Just like his profession, skateboarder Ryan Sheckler's home in San Clemente, CA, is extreme, as in extremely gorgeous.
The 25-year-old Sheckler is a three-time X Games gold medalist and star of the short-lived MTV show "Life of Ryan." His San Clemente roots run deep: He was born in the area and began skateboarding at the city's skate park (before it was officially a skate park).
Listed for $1,695,000, the four-bedroom Mediterranean-style home, once featured on "MTV Cribs," seems like a Grecian escape thanks to its neutral walls, enormous archways, and travertine floors. The sale was reported by the Orange County Register.

Theater upgrades include built-in seating, a 103-inch plasma television, and an Elan sound system. The chocolate brown padded walls add a big boost to the room's acoustics.
There's more to the home than just this magnificent theater: Thomas notes that the "beautiful view" of the ocean and canyons is visible from inside and the outside deck.
