Pink and Carey Hart Selling Malibu Beach House for $13M

Celeb couple Pink and Carey Hart have sliced a cool million dollars off the price of their gorgeous Malibu estate, which is now listed at $13 million, TMZ says. It went on the market last summer for $14 million but had no takers.

The enormous 7,450-square-foot beach house has the requisite ocean views, six bedrooms, and six bathrooms. It sits on 1.2 acres on a cul-de-sac, and it's gated to keep out any stray beachcombers. It also features a private path and coveted keys to Little Dume Beach. The house boasts an enormous master closet and a chef's kitchen with two of everything, including islands, ovens, and dishwashers. Folding glass doors open to a breezy veranda.

The property also includes an oversize pool and spa, cabana, guesthouse with full kitchen, and five-car garage. The duo bought the brand-new home for $11.85 million in 2010.

Pink just released her first single in three years, "Just Like Fire," which is part of the soundtrack for Disney's new "Alice Through the Looking Glass." Hart is an off-road truck racer and retired freestyle motocross and motorcycle racer. They have a daughter, 5-year-old Willow.
