Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., says he is still a "no" vote on health care.
"There's no agreement so until there's an agreement I'm a no vote...negotiations continue...with everybody," the congressman told Fox News Sunday afternoon.
Stupak has been shepherding a group of a dozen pro-life democrats who have vowed to not vote for the health care overhaul bill unless there is strict language prohibiting federal funding of abortion.

His attempt to get an amendment was struck by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Although there is word he may be working out a presidential executive order.
He was asked how many votes he got and responded, "Enough."
Enough to kill the bill? Fox asked. "Or pass the bill," he responded.

Stupak says he has not been to the White House since the bill signing a few days ago.
