The “Brady” Burger

<b>Ingredients</b> 1 ½ pounds lean ground pork<br> 1 tablespoon paprika<br> 2 teaspoons fresh oregano, finely chopped<br> 1 teaspoon ground cumin<br> ½ teaspoon onion powder<br> 1 teaspoon kosher salt<br> ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper<br> 2 garlic cloves, minced<br> 1 tablespoon ketchup<br> 1 lime juice, squeezed<br> 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil<br> 1 (9-pack) whole wheat english muffins (Elizabeth Carrion)

<b>Step 1</b> Mix the first seven ingredients. (Elizabeth Carrion)

<b>Step 2</b> Then add oil, minced garlic, ketchup, lime juice, and stir until well-combined. (Elizabeth Carrion)

<b>Step 3</b> Add pork. Using your hands, mix well and form nine patties. (Elizabeth Carrion)

<b>Step 4</b> In a deep non-stick skillet, cook on medium for 6 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 4-5 mins. (Elizabeth Carrion)
