Super Bowl Recipe: The "Victor Cruz" Salsa

<b>Ingredients</b> 4  large ripe tomatoes, chopped<br> ½ cup red onion, chopped<br> 1 cup black beans<br> 1 jalapeno, minced (optional)<br> 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped<br> 3 garlic cloves, minced<br> 1 lime, juiced<br> ¼  cup olive oil<br> ¼ teaspoon ground cumin<br> ¼ teaspoon ground coriander<br> ½  teaspoon salt (Elizabeth Carrion)

<b>Step 1</b> Chop all ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl. (Elizabeth Carrion)

<b>Step 2</b> Add lime juice, olive oil, spices and salt. Toss until well-combined and let it marinate for 15 minutes before serving. (Elizabeth Carrion)
