Fourth of July Recipe: Mango Salsa Shrimp

<b>Mango Salsa Ingredients</b>
2 plum tomatoes, diced<br>
1 mango, diced<br>
¼ - ⅓ cup red onion, diced<br>
2 serrano peppers, diced<br>
1-2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped<br>
1 garlic clove, finely chopped<br>
1 tablespoon olive oil<br>
1 lime, juiced<br>
½ teaspoon salt<br>
Red pepper flakes (optional)
<b>Shrimp Ingredients</b>
1 ½ pounds jumbo shrimp<br>
1 tablespoon ground chipotle chile pepper<br>
½ teaspoon salt<br>

<b>Step 1</b>
Take first six salsa ingredients and mix in a bowl. (Elizabeth Carrion/Fox News Latino)

Add olive oil, lime juice and salsa. Mix again. Refrigerate for 30 minutes in order to marinate. (Elizabeth Carrion/Fox News Latino)
