<b>Partida Margarita</b> From Tequila Partida <b>Ingredients</b> 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila<br> 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice<br> 3/4 oz Partida Organic Agave Nectar<br> 3/4 oz Water<br><br> Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over fresh ice into an old-fashioned glass. Taste for balance. (Unspecified)

<b>Distrito Margarita <br></b> From award-winning Philadelphia-based chef Jose Garces 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila<br> 1 oz Fresh Lime juice<br> .75 oz Triple Sec<br> .75 oz Simple Syrup<br><br> Combine all ingredients over ice. Shake well. If you enjoy your margarita on the rocks fill up a glass of ice and strain margarita over the ice. <b>Persimmon Margarita</b>  From the authors of the <a href="http://muybuenocookbook.wordpress.com/">Muy Bueno Cookbook</a> blog <b>Ingredients<br></b>1 3/4 ounce tequila reposado<br> 2–3 non-astringent persimmons, such as fuyu, peeled<br> 1/2 ounce Agave Nectar or simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, dissolved)<br> 1 ounce lime juice, freshly-squeezed<br> Ice cubes<br> Cinnamon-sugar for glass rims<br> Lime wheel for garnish On a salad plate, make a cinnamon and sugar mixture for the glass rim. Wet the rim of a margarita or martini glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Puree persimmons (remove skin), in a blender or juicer. Add agave nectar or simple syrup to taste. In a shaker, combine the tequila, 2 ounces of persimmon puree and the lime juice. Shake the mixture with ice and strain into the cinnamon and sugar rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.  

<b>Peligroso Thai Basil Cucumber Margarita</b> <i>From Peligroso Tequila</i> 1.5 oz Silver Tequila<br> 2 oz Agave Nectar or simple syrup<br> 2 fresh limes squeezed<br> 1 cucumber<br> 3-4 Thai Basil leafs<br> Splash of ginger ale<br> Black pepper Combined Thai basil and two slices of cumber in a shaker, and muddle with the agave nectar or simple syrup. Add the fresh lime juice and tequila with crystal clear ice. Shake vigorously, and pour over the rocks. Garnish with a cucumber slice on the side with a sprig of basil. <b>Watermelon and Apple Margarita</b> From mixologist and Herradura Tequila brand ambassador Mark Drew. Ingredients:  2 oz 100% agave silver tequila  1/2 oz Lime juice  1/2 oz Agave syrup  1 oz Watermelon juice  1 oz Apple juice  1 Apple fan   Place all liquid ingredients in a Boston glass. <b>Prickly Pear Frozen Margarita</b> From the authors of the forthcoming <a href="http://muybuenocookbook.wordpress.com/">Muy Bueno Cookbook</a><br><br><b>Ingredients<br></b>3 ½ cup crushed ice<br> 3 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice<br> 3 ounces frozen limeade<br> 6 ounces Silver Tequila<br> 4 ½ ounces Triple Sec<br> 4 prickly pears, peeled and sliced<br> 3 tablespoon agave nectar<br> Lime wedge and coarse salt for garnish<br><br><b>Directions<br></b>Blend prickly pears with a little bit of water. Strain into a bowl and discard seeds. In a blender, add crushed ice, lime juice, limeade, tequila, triple sec, prickly pear puree, and agave nectar; cover and pulse ingredients. <b>Spring Break Margarita</b> From the winner of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville 2011 National Margarita Day recipe. contest <b>Ingredients:<br></b><br> 1.5 oz Silver tequila<br> .5 oz Paradise Passion fruit<br> 3 oz Margarita mix<br> ½ cup frozen mixed berries<br><br> Place all ingredients in blender cup. <b>The Peligroso Fresh Fruit Margarita</b> Lime, pineapple or mango juice<br> 1.5-2 oz Reposado or Silver Tequila<br> 1-1.5 oz of triple sec<br> 1/2 of a fresh lime <br> Squeeze the lime's juice into an ice-filled glass, then add tequila and triple sec. (You can make this a virgin by replacing the tequila and Grand Marnier with 2 ounces sparkling cider.) <b>Ingredients for Cranberry Puree</b><br> 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, about 4 oranges<br> 1 cup sugar<br> 1 16 ounce package of fresh cranberries <b>Directions</b><br> In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar in the orange juice. Add the cranberries and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Set aside and let it cool. Blend cranberries in a blender, then strain to make the puree <b>Ingredients for 1 drink<br></b>1 ½ ounces of your favorite tequila<br> ½ ounce of Grand Marnier<br> 2 ounces of cranberry puree <b>Directions</b><br> In a shaker add crushed ice, 1 1/2 ounces of tequila, 1/2 ounce of Grand Marnier, 2 ounces of cranberry puree and shake to mix.<br> Pour drink into a sugar rimmed martini glass. Add a cranberry swizzle stick for garnish. <b>Ingredients for Cranberry Swizzle Sticks</b><br> 10 skewer sticks<br> 1 16 ounce package of fresh cranberries<br> 1 cup of light Karo syrup<br> 1 cup of granulated sugar <b>Directions<br></b>Skewer several cranberries onto 10 skewer sticks but leave enough skewer exposed on one end. Lightly brush each cranberry skewer with Karo syrup and then sprinkle granulated sugar over the cranberry skewers. Place the cranberry swizzle sticks on wax paper and place in the freezer to set.
