Turkey Meatloaf Burger with Smoky, Hot Ketchup

<b>Ingredients:<br></b>1 lb. ground turkey<br> ½ lb. ground pork<br> 1 medium carrot, grated<br> 2 cloves garlic, minced<br> 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese<br> 2 tablespoons ketchup<br> 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce<br> ½ teaspoon ground cumin<br> ½ teaspoon onion powder<br> 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br> 1 pkg turkey bacon<br> 6 rolls<br> Salt and pepper <b>Ketchup:<br></b>1 tablespoon butter<br> 1 garlic clove, minced<br> 1 cup ketchup<br> ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes<br> ¼ teaspoon chipotle chili powder (Courtesy of Elizabeth Carrion)

<b>Step 1:</b> In a saucepan over medium heat, lightly sauté garlic in butter. About a minute or two.

<b>Step 2:</b> Add ketchup, red pepper flakes and chipotle chili powder. Cook for a few more minutes. Let cool before serving

<b>Step 3:</b> In large skillet, cook bacon (2 slices per burger). While bacon is cooking, prepare your ingredients by grating the carrot and chopping the garlic. Then heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil.

<b>Step 4:</b> In a large bowl, using your hands, mix together turkey, pork, grated carrot, garlic, parmesan cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, onion powder and season well with salt and pepper.

<b>Step 5:</b> Score the meat mixture into 6 even patties.

<b>Step 6:</b> Sear the patties on both sides until golden brown, about 6 minutes on each side.

<b>Step 7:</b> Slather both sides of your bun with spicy ketchup.

<b>Step 8:</b> Place burger inside hamburger buns topped with lettuce and turkey bacon.
