Rita Ora learned that pushing yourself too hard isn’t the best idea. On Wednesday, the British star started off the day at a sexy photo shoot in London, which she documented on her Snapchat.

But as the day progressed, Ora found it difficult to keep going and eventually took a trip to the hospital where she got an IV and some much-needed rest.

Ora also Snapchatted a photo of her arm with the IV in it.
But it seems like her quick emergency room stay did the trick because the singer was back to her sassy selfie antics later that night, Snapchatting a photo of herself in a bra and writing, “Goodnight guys.”

Ora has been very busy lately, traveling the globe and filming "Fifty Shades Freed." She has already wrapped the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel, "Fifty Shades Darker," which comes out in February 2017.
