Miles Teller on college days: 'All I wanted to do was smoke pot'

The "Fantastic Four" star admitted to Esquire magazine that he used to be more interested in toking up than showing up to auditions.

{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}"I didn't do a single play when I was in college, because all I wanted to do was smoke pot," Teller confessed. "I did zero extracurricular activities so I could get high."
The 28-year-old actor says that when he decided to get serious about his career, the marijuana went to the wayside.

{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}"I stopped when I started doing movies and went to LA," he said. "Because I can't get a phone call and not answer it."
Teller is so devoted to his acting that he landed the coveted role of Mr. Fantastic in "Fantastic Four."

"If I was offered Spider-Man today or if I was offered another [superhero role], it's nice that I don't have all that pressure. You can kind of lean on your cast mates."
