There are tons of Justin Bieber fans out there, but it seems the pop superstar’s neighbors may not be some of them.

According to reports from TMZ, Bieber has irked neighbors by driving recklessly through his California neighborhood and having loud parties at his home.

Bieber is also now being investigated for battery after he allegedly got into a physical altercation with a neighbor who complained to the Biebs about his disruptive behavior.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ the neighbor is claiming Bieber spit in his face and threatened to kill him during the argument.

Los Angeles County Sherriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore Whitmore said there has been no arrest and the situation remains under investigation.

He explained authorities were called to the scene in Calabasas just after 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Whitmore said it's unclear who called authorities, and whether there have been previous complaints about problems between the 19-year-old crooner and neighbors.

Intially, sources told TMZ the neighbor was peeved because there were loud parties at Bieber’s house while the singer was touring in Europe.

Now, however, TMZ reports the neighbor who got into the alleged altercation is saying it was Bieber’s driving that had him angry.

The man claims he went over to confront the “Baby” singer early Tuesday after he saw him speeding through the neighborhood—at a speed he claims was about 100 mph.

A rep for the singer did not immediately return FOX 411’s request for comment.
